Job Summary

We are looking for Site Technicians to support telecom installation, commissioning, deployment, and maintenance activities at telecom sites. The candidate should be physically fit and willing to climb telecom towers as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in telecom equipment installation, deployment, and commissioning activities.
• Support telecom engineers in site installation and maintenance work.
• Assist in UBR (Unlicensed Band Radio) equipment installation and deployment, wherever applicable.
• Handle cables, connectors, antennas, and other telecom equipment as instructed.
• Perform site activities according to technical instructions and safety guidelines.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Follow site safety procedures while working at heights.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to complete assigned work on time.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Must be physically fit and willing to climb telecom towers.
• Willingness to travel to different telecom sites as required.
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety procedures.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of tools and equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn telecom installation and deployment activities.
• Teamwork and a responsible approach to assigned tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
