Site Test Engineer

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Solid technical background; Engineering graduate preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts testing of protection relays and HV/LV substation equipment.
• Ensures accurate and safe field testing and compliance with QA/QC standards.
• Develops and implements test procedures and departmental requirements.
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship to field technicians.
• Collaborates with clients and maintains strong professional relationships.
• Prepares detailed commissioning reports and resolves issues during the commissioning phase.
• Ensures operations comply with quality standards.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned.
