Ltd. is a real estate company in Odisha offering residential and commercial properties, including plots, duplexes, simplex houses, and apartments, across Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, and other districts. The company provides property consultation, project development, and post-sale support, with 100+ completed and 50+ ongoing projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Site Visit Coordinator to coordinate property site visits and deliver a smooth, professional experience to prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule property site visits for prospective buyers.
• Confirm appointments with clients and manage daily visit schedules.
• Guide clients at project sites and explain layout, features, and amenities.
• Ensure a smooth, punctual, and professional site-visit experience.
• Coordinate with the sales team and share client feedback after each visit.
• Keep sites presentable and update visit records in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or site coordination.
• Excellent communication in Odia, Hindi, and English.
• Well-organised, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Own a two-wheeler/vehicle with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
