Site Warehouseman (Project-based)

Location: Mandaluyong City

Job Qualifications:

• Computer Literate
• Preferably with experience and knowledge in Construction
• With leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Open to be employed as a project-based employee

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document material deliveries, hauling, and site activities.
• Maintain inventory, material, equipment, and project records.
• Prepare and process site reports, forms, schedules, and required documentation.
• Inspect and monitor materials, tools, equipment, and utilities, and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Ensure site cleanliness, organization, proper use of PPE/uniforms, and compliance with site requirements.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Company.
