Sitecore XP/XM Cloud Migration Content Author

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Author to support a large-scale migration of web content from Sitecore XP to Sitecore XM Cloud. This role will be responsible for reviewing, recreating, optimizing, and validating web pages as part of a strategic digital modernization initiative. The ideal candidate is highly organized, learns new technologies quickly, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. Working closely with Product Owners, content authors, digital teams, and project stakeholders, this individual will help ensure content is migrated accurately, consistently, and in accordance with established governance and quality standards.

Additional Details

• Salary range: PHP 35,000 monthly package
• Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8/9 PM – 5/6 AM Manila Time (subject to change due to business needs)
• Work set-up: Onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa (Madrigal Business Park)

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate web pages and content from Sitecore XP to Sitecore XM Cloud following defined migration processes and standards.
• Review existing content for accuracy, formatting, functionality, and adherence to content governance guidelines.
• Recreate page layouts, components, and content within the XM Cloud platform while maintaining consistency with approved designs and requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate migrated content, links, images, metadata, and page functionality.
• Partner with business stakeholders, content owners, and project team members to resolve content issues and answer migration-related questions.
• Document migration decisions, issues, and resolutions as needed.
• Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Sitecore, Sitecore XM Cloud, or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
• Experience participating in website redesign, migration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with web content standards, accessibility requirements, and content governance best practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct inconsistencies, formatting issues, and content errors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and processes quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
