Sitetracker Implementation Manager

Tranzito is a mobility operator specializing in micromobility, curbside management, and multimodal infrastructure for cities. We work with government agencies to manage transportation programs and deploy infrastructure that improves the public realm.

Tranzito is currently supporting large-scale infrastructure deployment programs throughout the Los Angeles region and relies on Sitetracker as a core platform for managing project delivery, field operations, data, and reporting.

We are seeking an experienced Sitetracker Implementation Manager to lead the requirements development and delivery of defined Sitetracker implementations. This role will work with internal subject matter experts to translate business needs into clearly documented system requirements and technical specifications for configuration by our Sitetracker Administrator.

The Implementation Manager will support each assigned implementation from requirements gathering through technical specification, user acceptance testing, business handoff, and closeout.

This is a focused, part-time role intended for an experienced professional who can independently translate operational requirements into well-defined, buildable, and testable Sitetracker solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with internal subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
• Document business processes, use cases, system requirements, business rules, and expected system behavior.
• Identify required decisions, dependencies, exceptions, and gaps before configuration begins.
• Translate operational needs into structured requirements that can be reviewed and approved prior to implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve outstanding requirements and clarify expected system functionality.

Technical Specification Development

• Translate approved business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for Sitetracker configuration.
• Define required fields, workflows, automations, validations, status logic, permissions, data relationships, and other configuration requirements as applicable.
• Document expected system behavior and acceptance criteria.
• Develop clear implementation documentation that enables the Sitetracker Administrator to configure the solution with minimal additional interpretation.
• Provide clarification and support during the configuration process as needed.

Implementation Coordination

• Manage assigned implementations from requirements development through completion.
• Maintain implementation documentation, decision records, open questions, and change requirements.
• Coordinate handoff of approved technical specifications to the Sitetracker Administrator.
• Track implementation progress and facilitate communication between technical resources and business stakeholders.
• Document changes to requirements or scope that arise during implementation.

User Acceptance Testing & Closeout

• Develop UAT scenarios based on approved requirements and technical specifications.
• Lead user acceptance testing with relevant subject matter experts and end users.
• Document configuration gaps, defects, or deviations from approved requirements.
• Coordinate corrective actions with the Sitetracker Administrator and validate completed revisions.
• Confirm that the final implementation satisfies approved requirements.
• Coordinate handoff to business users and complete implementation documentation and closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business systems implementation, requirements analysis, business analysis, product implementation, or a related function.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional or technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise workflow systems, CRM platforms, project management systems, or similar business applications.
• Experience developing acceptance criteria and leading or supporting user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Ability to independently manage multiple implementation workstreams and priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a part-time environment with limited meeting requirements and a high degree of independent work.

Preferred Skills

• Direct Sitetracker implementation or configuration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications.
• Familiarity with Sitetracker configuration concepts including fields, workflows, automation, validation rules, permissions, and data relationships.
• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, telecommunications, utilities, mobility, or other field-based operations.
• Experience working between operational teams and system administrators or technical implementation resources.
