Skate Technician

This position works under the supervision of the Rink Manager. Primary duty is to repair skates for customers and maintain facility skates.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly and courteous service.
• Registers sales on a cash register by itemizing and totaling customers purchases.
• Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
• Assist customers with equipment
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility at all times.
• Execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately
• Practice excellent customer service
• Technicians are trained once hired.
