Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D architectural models using SketchUp.
• Develop exterior and interior models from CAD drawings, PDFs, and design references.
• Maintain organized model structure, layers, components, and materials.
• Collaborate with the visualization team to prepare models for high-quality rendering.
• Revise models based on client and project requirements while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Understanding of architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
• Good attention to detail and model optimization.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
