Sketchup Visualizer

We are looking for a skilled and creative SketchUp Visualiser with at least 2 years of professional experience in architectural visualisation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, 3D modelling, detailing, and presentation, with the ability to translate 2D drawings and design concepts into accurate and visually appealing 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D architectural models using SketchUp.
• Convert 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations into accurate 3D models.
• Create realistic and visually appealing exterior and interior views.
• Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand design requirements.
• Incorporate design revisions and feedback within defined timelines.
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, textures, and architectural details.
• Prepare high-quality 3D views and presentations for client approvals.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in architectural visualisation.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and a strong understanding of architectural modelling.
• Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
• Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and proportions.
• Strong attention to detail and visualisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

• Able to handle design changes efficiently.
• Strong time-management and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
