Skid Steer Operator/Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Skid Steer Operator/Supervisor to lead and execute pile removal on oilfield sites. This role combines hands-on operation with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties

• Operate skid steer loaders with precision to perform tasks such as pile removal grading, excavation, material handling, and site cleanup.
• Supervise ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of skid steers, trucks/trailers and PED (Pile Extraction Device) to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Maintain detailed logs of equipment inspections, maintenance schedules, log books and safety inspections.
• Ensure all operations comply with local safety regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.

Skills

• Extensive experience operating skid steers in various construction environments.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate maintenance needs promptly.
• Strong understanding of site management principles.
• Ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards and productivity levels.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
