We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Electrical & Electronics professional to join our Center of Excellence at VTU, Belagavi. The role involves training and mentoring students through practical learning, lab sessions, and industry-aligned skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical training in Electrical & Electronics concepts and applications
• Conduct lab sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and project guidance
• Mentor students in skill development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
• Support industry-relevant learning aligned with curriculum and standards
• Assist in assessments, evaluations, and certification activities
• Maintain lab equipment, tools, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with faculty, industry partners, and training stakeholders
• Contribute to student engagement, performance improvement, and skill outcomes

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Ability to guide students with hands-on learning and projects
• Location: Belagavi

Job Type: Permanent
