The Skill Testing 2 professional will join the 61385-MEX110N01 NA Lower Middle Markets team to provide comprehensive testing and consulting support for a variety of ERP solutions. Working closely with the XYZ consulting group, the role involves designing test strategies, executing functional and performance tests, and ensuring high-quality delivery for our US-based clients.

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for ERP applications.

• Collaborate with consulting team to understand functional requirements.

• Perform automated and manual testing using Java, Python, C++, and SQL scripts.

• Identify, document, and track defects in issue tracking system.

• Conduct performance and regression testing.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability.

• Support continuous integration pipelines and test automation frameworks.

• Communicate test results and status to stakeholders.

• Mentor junior testers and promote best practices.

• Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or ERP consulting.

• Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, and SQL.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Effective time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, pytest).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
