Skill Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct student skill development sessions as per the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
• Develop students' language, life, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills.
• Organize and facilitate skill-based activities, workshops, and events.
• Coordinate with school management and the De-Skoolit academic team.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and participation.
• Maintain records and submit regular reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, English, Social Sciences).
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Strong presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and student-focused.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Preferred: Prior experience in teaching, training, facilitation, or educational programs.
