Skilled All Round Mason

• Construction & Repair: Build and repair walls, foundations, columns, and architectural features using brick, concrete blocks, and natural or manufactured stone.
• Plastering & Finishing: Apply cement, plaster, and stucco to interior and exterior surfaces; execute fine joint pointing, sealing, and polishing.
• Material Preparation: Mix mortar, concrete, and specialized adhesives to exact consistencies; cut and shape blocks using hand and power tools.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read technical drawings, layouts, and design specs to ensure exact placement, alignment, and adherence to building codes.
• Site Safety: Maintain a clean work area, safely operate heavy-duty tools, and follow regional construction safety guidelines.
• Versatility: Proficient in both rough structural masonry (block and brick) and fine finish work (plastering, tiling, or stonemasonry).
• Technical Precision: Strong eye for level, plumb lines, and measurements using tape measures, lasers, and spirit levels.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads, stand or kneel for long periods, and work in challenging outdoor weather conditions.
• Experience: Typically requires 3 to 10+ years of hands-on multi-trade masonry experience

Pay: AED1,250.00 - AED1,750.00 per month
