Skilled Asphalt Operators

Amarapave is a purpose-driven asphalt company with a clear goal: to deliver high-quality work while creating real pathways into the industry for underrepresented people. We are not here to tick boxes, we are here to do things differently, and we are building a crew that reflects that. We are values-led, quality-focused, and ready to grow.

We are looking for experienced workers who take pride in what they do and know how to work as part of a team.

If you have spent time on the mat—raking, rolling, laying, or operating plant—you will know what it takes to deliver quality work. We want people who are reliable, capable, and ready to grow with us as we build something solid.

What we are looking for:

• Level hands with proven experience in asphalt
• Crew members confident in raking, handwork, rolling, and operating plant
• People who show up, work hard, and value a strong crew culture

What we offer:

• Full-time hours with consistent work across Melbourne
• Competitive pay with opportunities for overtime and night shift
• A supportive and respectful team environment

We are serious about quality, both in the work we deliver and in how we treat our people. If you are skilled, dependable, and looking for more than just a seat on a crew, we would love to hear from you.

Apply now if you have the experience.
