Skilled Butcher

A skilled role with real opportunity in a leading food business Role Overview: We're looking for Skilled Butchers to join our team in Cookstown. Working across key areas including main butchery, slaughter, primal cutting and middle debone, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay rates: Butchery Roles (dependent on skill level and department)

£14.02 to £16.09 per hour

Slaughter Roles (dependent on skill level)

£15.25 to £18.09 per hour

Key Duties:

• Carry out skilled butchery or slaughter tasks to high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety
• Work as part of a production team to achieve daily targets
• Maintain accuracy and consistency through attention to detail
• Support a safe, clean and efficient working environment
• Follow site procedures and quality standards at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in butchery or slaughter operations, preferably within a processing or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• A reliable and team-focused approach
• Flexibility to support production requirements
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Training may be available for candidates with relevant experience who are looking to further develop their skills.
