Skilled Carpenter

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile carpenter skilled professional to join our construction and manufacturing team. This role requires a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, roofing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating, with the ability to perform complex tasks such as concrete forming, rebar installation, and siding installation. Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work with attention to structural integrity
• Install cabinetry, siding, roofing, flooring, and siding with high-quality standards
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with construction painting, caulking, heavy lifting, and assembly tasks as needed
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry work, and related fields
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools and other relevant equipment
• Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, siding installation, and woodworking techniques
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during project execution
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Handyman experience or multi-trade skills are highly desirable
• Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical or plumbing work are a plus
• Candidate must have own vehicle and valid drivers license

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
