ABOUT THE ROLE

Tidda Workforce is currently seeking experienced Construction Workers for a major TIER ONE infrastructure project in Sydney.

This is an outstanding opportunity to secure ongoing work on one of Sydney's largest infrastructure developments, with work expected to continue for several years.

📍 Location: Inner West NSW
📅Start Date: Early October start
💰Pay Rates: Starting from $70+ per hour + Allowances + OT + Super (depending on role, experience and tickets)
⏰Roster: Monday to Saturday (project dependent)
🏗️Project Duration: Multi-year project with long-term opportunities

We are seeking reliable workers, operators, and ticketed personnel to support ongoing civil construction activities.

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE HIGHLY REGARDED

The following tickets, licences and experience are highly sought after:

✅ RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Ticket - MUST
✅ Occupational First Aiders
✅ Telehandler Ticket
✅ Material Hoist Ticket
✅ Manitou Operating Experience
✅ Construction Industry Gold Card Holders
✅ Experience working on major rail, tunnelling, civil or infrastructure projects

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for these opportunities, you must have:

✔ White Card (Construction Induction Card)
✔ Relevant licences and tickets (where applicable)
✔ Previous construction, civil, infrastructure or rail experience +5 years
✔ Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
✔ Ability to work within a team environment
✔ Strong work ethic and reliability
