Job Summary
We are hiring a Skilled Construction Worker / Carpenter to join our crew for local projects across Jefferson and surrounding counties. This position starts at $15.00 - $24.00 per hour with weekly pay. We believe in paying people for their skills, so your pay can increase quickly depending on your proven skills and reliability.

Job Details

• Salary: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Work Location: Multiple local job sites across Jefferson County and surrounding areas (No long-distance travel)

What You Will Do

• Work on a variety of local projects, focusing heavily on exteriors, remodels, and new builds.
• Utilize carpentry skills to measure, cut, shape, and install wood and other materials.
• Deliver high-quality work that aligns with our company's reputation for excellence.
• Collaborate closely with a tight-knit crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
