Duties

• Assist with reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Support erosion control measures to protect site integrity and environmental standards
• Operate power tools and equipment safely while maintaining proper repair and maintenance routines
• Implement workplace safety protocols in compliance with OSHA safety standards, including the use of respiratory protection and climbing safety procedures
• Conduct erosion control activities and assist with site cleanup to maintain a safe working environment
• Support industrial construction activities by assisting with equipment setup, material handling, and site organization

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial or heavy construction environments with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations
• Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and implementation of safety regulations on-site
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and working in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of erosion control techniques and environmental protection practices
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
