Skilled Construction Laborer

Job Summary
This position will involve working on residential construction and remodeling job sites. Projects may include:

• Siding installation and repairs
• Exterior remodeling
• General construction labor
• Demolition and site prep
• Framing assistance
• Material loading/unloading
• Cleanup and job site organization
• Use of hand and power tools
• Assisting lead carpenters and foremen

We are looking for individuals who are motivated, willing to learn, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
• Operate basic tools and machinery safely and efficiently, including hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
• Support team members in lifting, carrying, and positioning materials or structures as needed
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

Preferred qualifications include:

• Construction or labor experience preferred
• Experience with siding, remodeling, roofing, or carpentry is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work physically throughout the day
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to follow directions and work safely
