Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow detailed construction plans and technical drawings to execute project tasks accurately.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely for tasks such as cutting, drilling, lifting, and assembly.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, ensuring proper techniques to prevent injuries.
• Implement workplace safety protocols diligently, including respiratory protection use and climbing safety procedures.

Experience

• Proven residential and commercial construction experience with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations.
• Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for accurate project execution.
• Experienced in Renovations and Additions on residential construction sites.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, demonstrating physical strength and endurance for demanding tasks.
• Experience climbing structures or scaffolding safely as required by job duties.

Qualifications

Must have reliable transportation to job sites

Must have experience in Residential Construction

Must have work authorization

Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions clearly
