Duties

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects accurately
• Install building materials such as drywall, stucco, tile, masonry, and trim carpentry with precision
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks including door hanging, window installation, and caulking
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Manage heavy equipment operation for site preparation and material handling on outdoor hardscaping projects
• Assist in remodeling efforts by applying skills in plastering, drywall finishing, electrical work, plumbing, and masonry
• Collaborate with project managers to adhere to timelines and specifications while maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a strong background in building construction and hardscaping projects
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards on job sites
• Skills in various trades including carpentry (trim carpentry), masonry, tile laying, stucco application, drywall finishing, electrical work, plumbing, and window installation
• Outdoor work experience preferred for site preparation and hardscape installation
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills

Pay: $31.00 - $37.00 per hour
