Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic team and contribute to a variety of Residential & Commercial building projects. As a Skilled Construction Worker, you will play a vital role in executing construction tasks with precision, efficiency, and safety. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, and custom finishes.
• Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, and concrete restoration projects to ensure structural integrity.
• Install cabinetry, tile, flooring, and perform carpentry tasks with attention to detail.
• Apply caulking, paint surfaces, and perform electrical or plumbing work as needed for finishing touches.
• Measure spaces accurately for drywall installation, tile laying; ensure precise cuts and placements.
• Collaborate with team members to estimate project costs and materials required for various construction phases.
• Work alongdside project manager to ensure scheduling and project execution.
• Manage and work alongside sub trades

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of building processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction & Design drawings confidently.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
• Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, masonry, carpentry, drywall installation, and flooring.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing basics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
