SUMMARY

Job Title: Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor

Location: Fiji

Experience: 7+ years of experience in Building Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Plan work schedules and manage workforce attendance.
• Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors as per project priorities.
• Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and safety equipment.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and maintain project timelines.

Salary:  1,16,000 per month

Requirements- Advanced knowledge of building construction procedures and equipment.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in building construction is mandatory.

• Good English speaking and listening skills.

• Age: 30 to 40 years .

  Benefits- 3-year employment contract (performance-based renewal).

• Single - occupancy accommodation provided.

• Air ticket provided after completion of the contract period (as per company policy).
