Skilled General Labourer

Location: Primarily Dublin-based, but flexibility is required as locations will vary from job to job. (In-person) ​

Full Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Skilled General Labourer to join our team. While this role includes standard labouring duties, we are specifically looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who has experience in careful demolition, and the safe operation of power tools.​Because our sites vary, you must be flexible with travel, primarily within the Dublin area. ​

**Key Responsibilities:**​

Precision Demolition & Mortar Removal: Carefully removing old mortar using a hammer and chisel. This requires a keen eye and a careful approach to ensure that the surrounding masonry and delicate areas are fully protected and left undamaged.​

Power Tool Operation: Safe and proficient use of abrasive wheels, specifically 4-inch angle grinders, for site works.​

General Site Duties: Carrying out general labouring tasks and ensuring all sites are kept clean, tidy, and safe.​

Site Preparation & Maintenance: General demolition works, clearing vegetation, and cleaning masonry. ​

Experience & Skills:​Construction Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferred).​

Tool Experience: Proven experience operating a 4-inch angle grinder and hand tools (hammer and chisel) is required.​

Attention to Detail: Ability to carry out delicate removal works without damaging surrounding structural elements.

**​Licences & Certifications:**​

Full, valid Driver’s Licence (Desired).

​Valid Safe Pass (Required).​

Valid Manual Handling Certificate (Required).​

Abrasive Wheels Training Certificate (Highly desirable / preferred).

​**Language:**​English (Required).

Pay: €17.28-€20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.0 per week
