Skilled Handyman

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Skilled Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will handle hands-on residential property renovations, remodeling projects, and skilled maintenance tasks across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded tradesperson experienced in residential remodeling—ranging from carpentry and drywall repair to light electrical and plumbing installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drywall & Carpentry: Fix and repair drywall, perform light framing work, and install doors and windows.
• Electrical & Plumbing Upgrades: Replace electrical outlets, switches, and light fixtures. Replace plumbing fixtures and perform light plumbing installations.
• Equipment Installation: Install hot water tanks. (HVAC knowledge or experience is a major plus).
• Finishing Work: Professional interior/exterior painting and installation of various flooring types.
• Exterior Maintenance: Perform siding installations and roofing repairs or installations as needed.
• Mobile Operations: Travel and transport yourself to different property locations daily to complete assigned projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven, multi-trade experience in residential remodeling, property maintenance, or construction.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot on-site issues, and meet project deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to various job sites daily.
• HVAC experience is a strong asset but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
