Job Summary

At Five Star Bath Solutions, we specialize in quick, high-quality bathroom renovations. Known for our two-day transformations, we take pride in delivering beautiful, functional bathrooms that exceed customer expectations. We’re expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Bathroom Installer to join us on a full-time basis. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll enjoy very competitive pay in the home renovation industry.

As a Bathroom Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing bathroom features such as showers, bathtubs, vanities, and other components. Your expertise will ensure that renovations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in bathroom installation, have great attention to detail, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. As a 1099 contractor, you will provide your own transportation, tools, and equipment to build the showers.

What You’ll Do:

• Bathroom Installation:
  • Install showers, bathtubs, vanities, sinks, toilets, and other bathroom fixtures according to project plans and customer specifications.
  • Perform installations, including floor and wall tiles, ensuring precision and high-quality finishes.
  • Install water systems, ensuring proper plumbing for sinks, tubs, and showers.
• Safety & Quality Control:
  • Ensure all installations meet building codes, company standards, and customer expectations.
  • Inspect work for quality and adherence to safety standards before completing a job.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bathroom or home installation, with expertise in various areas such as acrylic wall/tub installation, plumbing, carpentry, and fixture installation.
  • Experience with both full bathroom renovations and smaller projects is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong expertise in shower installation and finish work.
  • Solid plumbing skills, especially for installing faucets, showers, bathtubs, and toilets.
  • Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques used in bathroom renovations.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in confined or challenging spaces, such as tight bathroom areas.
• License & Certifications:
  • Truck/trailer for transporting materials and tools.
  • Certification or training in specialized areas (e.g., tile work, plumbing) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, finish work, and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
