Job Description

Elite Earthworks & Construction LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Laborer with experience in masonry and framing. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can work efficiently as part of a team on residential and commercial construction projects.

This position is part-time with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform masonry work including block, brick, and stone installation
• Assist with and perform wood framing for residential and commercial projects
• Read and follow project plans and directions from supervisors
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Assist with general construction tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry and/or framing preferred
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Drug-free workplace
