Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable laborer to join our team. This role involves performing various manual tasks, including carpentry, demolition, cleanup, and general labor duties on construction or renovation sites. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools, capable of heavy lifting, and comfortable working in physically demanding environments. Duties

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist with construction, demolition, and renovation tasks.
• Perform heavy lifting to move materials, equipment, and debris safely and efficiently.
• Conduct carpentry work as needed, including framing, trimming, or other wood-related tasks.
• Assist with demolition activities by safely tearing down structures or components under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing site cleanup and debris removal regularly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Skills

• Proficiency in the use of hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, saws, etc.
• Experience operating power tools like drills, saws, grinders, etc.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Basic carpentry skills and familiarity with demolition procedures.
• Strong physical stamina and endurance for demanding manual labor tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

This role is essential for supporting construction projects through skilled manual labor, ensuring quality results while adhering to safety standards.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
