Skilled Laborer

Cornerstone Solutions is hiring dependable and professional Home Services Technicians to join our growing handyman team serving South Jersey.

This position involves a wide variety of residential handyman and home service work including TV mounting, furniture assembly, appliance installation, drywall patching, light fixture and ceiling fan installation, smart home setup, door and lock repairs, junk removal, and general home improvement tasks.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are dependable and show up consistently
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Are comfortable working independently
• Have basic tools and handyman experience
• Can safely complete jobs in customers’ homes
• Are willing to learn and follow company systems and expectations

Schedule:

This is a flexible scheduling position with both part-time and full-time opportunities available depending on fit, performance, and workload. Jobs are assigned based on incoming service requests and technician availability. Some days may involve one job while others may involve multiple jobs throughout the day.

Pay:

All positions will begin with a 2 week trial period to ensure a good fit for both the company and employee. Starting pay will be based on experience and skill level, with opportunities for increases based on reliability, professionalism, quality of work, communication, and ability to complete jobs independently. Additional performance and compensation reviews will take place throughout employment with opportunities for raises over time.

Service Area:

all South Jersey

Experience with tiling, drywall hanging, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, handyman work, mounting, assembly, installations, or residential maintenance is preferred. Reliable transportation is required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
