Palm Restore is a growing property restoration and reconstruction company serving southern Oregon and northern California, and our Coast branch in Brookings is looking for a Skilled Laborer/Carpenter to join the team.

As a Skilled Laborer/Carpenter, you are part of a team that provides prompt and compassionate service to customers facing water, fire, mold and biohazard emergencies, and you will help put their homes and businesses back together with care, quality and precision. Our mission is bringing restoration to souls and structures, because the building is the work and the person standing in it is the reason.

Duties

• Drywall hang, finish and texture
• Interior and exterior paint
• Insulation, subfloor and rough framing repairs
• Trim, doors and finish carpentry
• Demolition and site cleanup on mitigation jobs
• Support the mitigation crew on emergency calls when needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven construction experience in tasks such as drywall, texture, paint, insulation, and subfloor/rough framing work
• Professional, personable and ambitious
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Safety conscious with strong critical thinking
