We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various on-site activities, ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Responsibilities

• Assist with general site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic tasks such as mixing, cleaning, and material handling
• Perform site cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
• Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, or other components as directed
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or manual labour is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
• Basic understanding of construction site procedures and safety regulations is advantageous
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions effectively
