We’re looking for reliable, hardworking and experienced Labourers for opportunities across a range of industries throughout the Waikato.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

• Demolition & Asbestos Removal
• Commercial & Residential Construction
• Civil & Infrastructure
• Manufacturing & Industrial Maintenance
• Landscaping & Property Maintenance
• Food Production & Processing

ROLES WE’RE RECRUITING FOR

• Demolition Labourers: Residential and commercial demolition, strip-outs, site clearance and removal of building materials.
• Asbestos Labourers: Experience assisting asbestos removal teams or working in asbestos removal. Relevant training and qualifications are advantageous.
• Construction Labourers: Site preparation, using hand and power tools, moving materials and assisting tradespeople.
• Civil Labourers: Roading, earthworks, drainage, infrastructure and general site works.
• Industrial & Manufacturing Labourers: Production support, industrial maintenance, material handling and physically demanding work.
• Landscaping & General Labourers: Concrete work, property maintenance, site clean-up and outdoor labouring.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous hands-on experience in a relevant industry.
• A strong work ethic and a reliable, punctual attitude.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour.
• Confident using hand and power tools where required.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow site procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transport and a full Class 1 license
• WTR endorsements, Site Safe and other relevant tickets.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
