About the role
R. Radford & Son is a leading, family-owned multi-species meat processing facility nestled in the heart of Gippsland. We are seeking skilled and reliable workers to join our dedicated processing team. Roles available include Beef & Sheep Slaughterers, Boners, Slicers, Knifehands / Trimmers, and Packers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform meat processing duties specific to assigned role (slaughtering, boning, slicing, trimming, or packing)
- Maintain high standards of work quality and safety
- Work with minimal supervision
About you
- Cert III in Meat Processing or 2+ years of equivalent industry experience
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
- Capable of manual handling and standing for long periods
- Able to speak and understand English
- Own transport required (facility located in Warragul)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
