Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality medical care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation of patient information.
• Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records.

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
• Experience in various medical settings such as outpatient clinics, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in areas such as geriatrics.
