Position: Full-Time Receptionist
Schedule: Weekdays and Every Other Weekend
Location: 3030 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT
We are looking for an organized and welcoming individual who enjoys working with seniors, families, and healthcare professionals while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with communication between departments.
- Support the daily operations of the Skilled Nursing facility.
