Role Overview
We are seeking (an adaptable multi Skilled ) Operative to join our property upgrades team. This role involves a range of installation and upgrade works to ensure properties are improved and finished to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Floor installation, including preparation of subfloors and laying of a range of floor finishes
• Wall and floor tiling to a high standard of finish (not essential )
• Installation of insulation, and attic works
• Roofing works, including repairs, replacements, and related upgrade works
• Window and door installations, including removal of existing units, fitting, sealing, and finishing
• Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and building standards
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and tidy throughout each job

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in flooring, tiling, insulation, roofing, and/or window and door installation
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of finish
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Valid driver's licence
• Safe Pass (desirable)
