SKILLED OPERATOR

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

We need skilled, safety-focused operators who can independently operate production equipment while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and reliability. In this role, you will monitor equipment and product quality, troubleshoot routine operating issues, complete required production documentation, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. You will also support and share your knowledge with less experienced operators while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and attractive shift differentials that reward your flexibility:

• Night Shift (Monday-Thursday): Additional $0.55/hour
• Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday, Days or Nights): Additional $1.20/hour
• Rotational Shift: Additional $1.50/hour on top of the applicable regular shift differential

Shift differentials apply for as long as you are assigned to the applicable shift and are subject to required withholdings and deductions.

SKILLS

• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operating skills
• Ability to independently operate production equipment
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and correct routine production and quality issues
• Knowledge of quality inspection and verification processes
• Ability to read and follow product specifications and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Accurate production and quality documentation skills
• Material handling skills
• Ability to perform machine setup, changeover, startup, and restart activities
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
• Ability to assist with training and support less experienced operators
• Good communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and support production requirements
• Continuous improvement and 5S mindset
• HS Diploma/GDP with 2 years of related experience
• PPE is required

Pay Incentives for This Role Include:

• Competitive pay range $22.80-$26.00

• The targeted bonus plan-5-10%

• Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5) $34.20-$39.00/hr

• Take advantage of additional earning opportunities through our Shift Differential, Weekend Differential, and Rotational Shift Incentives.

Compensation may include applicable shift differential, less required withholdings and deductions, for as long as you are assigned to the applicable shift:

• Night Shift (Monday-Thursday): Additional $0.55 per hour shift differential.
• Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday, Days or Nights): Additional $1.20 per hour shift differential.
• Rotational Shift: Additional $1.50 per hour on top of the applicable regular shift differential.
