Experienced Pizza Cook / Dough Tossing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Pizza Cook who is highly skilled in hand-tossing pizza dough. Applicants must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining consistency, quality, and speed.

This position requires extensive hands-on experience with pizza dough. All candidates must successfully demonstrate their dough-stretching and hand-tossing skills in a practical skills assessment prior to being hired.

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience hand-tossing pizza dough, with the ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently.
• Must successfully complete a hands-on dough-tossing skills demonstration before employment.
• Must have a dependable work history. Previous employment references WILL be checked.
• Must be reliable, responsible, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work weekends and occasional weekdays.
• Must be able to perform efficiently under fast-paced, high-volume kitchen conditions.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and established kitchen procedures.
• Must be a team player with a positive, professional attitude.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: Based on experience and demonstrated skill level.
• Schedule: Part-time initially, approximately 28–32 hours per week.
• Advancement: Opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance, reliability, business needs, and meeting established expectations.
• Probationary Period: All new hires are subject to a 90-day introductory probationary period.

Important

This is not an entry-level dough-tossing position. We are looking for someone who already possesses the skills, speed, and experience necessary to hand-toss pizza dough efficiently in a working restaurant environment.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
