Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skilled Tradesman with advanced skills in plumbing to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trades with precision and efficiency, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute directly to the successful delivery of diverse construction projects, from initial framing to finishing touches. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their craftsmanship.

Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
• Operate heavy equipment, power tools, hand tools, and specialized machinery safely and effectively
• Perform construction activities such as
• Residential plumbing (rough in and trim out)
• Residential electrical (rough in and trim out)
• Basic carpentry
• Basic trim work
• Punch items
• Various other residential construction activities
• Manage construction site logistics including material handling, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction trades with a strong background in PLUMBING
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work effectively within a team environment
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
