Previous BPO or sales experience is not required. Paid training starts on Day 1, helping you learn the account, systems, products, and sales processes you'll use when assisting customers.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Account Customer Service Representative, you'll communicate with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services that may be suitable for them.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers through inbound or outbound interactions
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
• Explaining product features, benefits, and available offers
• Answering questions and addressing customer concerns
• Handling customer objections professionally
• Processing orders and customer requests
• Working toward sales and customer service targets
• Documenting customer interactions accurately
• Following sales and service procedures
• Escalating complex concerns when needed

Build Sales and Customer Service Skills

You don't need to already know how to handle sales conversations or customer objections. Paid training starting Day 1 will help you become familiar with the products, systems, account processes, and sales procedures.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or sales experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
