Skin Consultant

Job Summary

The Skin Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for clients seeking skin and aesthetic services. The position assists clients in identifying appropriate services and products while ensuring that recommendations are aligned with the assessment and treatment plan of qualified medical personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Conduct initial consultations regarding clients' skin concerns, preferences, and treatment goals.

Gather relevant client information and coordinate assessment with the Aesthetic Physician when medical evaluation is required.

Explain available treatments, procedures, packages, and skin care products.

Provide general skin-care guidance within the scope of the position and refer medical concerns to the Aesthetic Physician.

Follow up with clients regarding scheduled treatments and recommended services.

Maintain accurate client records and consultation documentation.

Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with the clinic team.

Monitor client feedback and promptly escalate complaints or concerns to management.

Support client retention and clinic service goals through professional customer service.

Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Follow clinic policies, service standards, and applicable regulations.

Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Graduate of a relevant course or with appropriate training in skin care, aesthetics, beauty, or customer service.

Experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, or skin-care services is an advantage.

Good knowledge of basic skin-care products and services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented, professional, and presentable.

Sales and client relationship management skills are an advantage.
