About the Role:

Ivy Clinics is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Skin Therapist to join our team in Chandigarh. The candidate will be responsible for providing professional skin and aesthetic treatments, understanding client requirements, maintaining treatment standards, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct skin consultations and understand clients' skin concerns and requirements.
• Perform professional skin and aesthetic treatments as per prescribed protocols.
• Operate and handle skin-treatment and aesthetic equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist doctors/dermatologists during procedures and treatments whenever required.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare routines based on client needs and doctor's advice.
• Maintain proper hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards during all procedures.
• Explain treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and expected outcomes to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and client details.
• Follow clinic SOPs and treatment protocols.
• Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with doctors and other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Support the clinic in achieving treatment and customer-service targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in Skin Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic clinic, skin clinic, or wellness centre.
• Hands-on experience with professional skin treatments and aesthetic machines.
• Good knowledge of basic skin types, common skin concerns, and skincare procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional and client-oriented approach.
• Ability to explain procedures clearly to clients.
• Strong attention to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn new treatments, technologies, and procedures.
