About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Live Streamer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting live sessions to promote our products, engage with audiences, and drive sales on TikTok and Shopee. You are also required to develop engaging content across our social media platform to enhance our brand's online presence and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Attend Company Events when needed
• Prepare pre-marketing video before live streaming
• Pre-preparation of live streams
• Host regular livestream sessions on TikTok and Shopee to showcase Alluora's products, educating and engaging with potential customers
• Develop creative and engaging content to drive brand awareness and sales
• Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to build a strong online community
• Analyse livestream metrics (viewership, engagement, sales conversion) to improve content performance and drive continuous growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies, promotional events, and product launches

About you

• Passionate about beauty products, skincare, body care, and hair care
• Prior experience in live streaming, social media influencing, or sales is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable on camera and able to engage audiences effectively
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Multitasking ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
