SLED Accounts Director

For our client, we are seeking a SLED Accounts Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive growth across strategic SLED enterprise accounts with a strong focus on long-term expansion and relationship management. You will partner closely with senior decision-makers to align software solutions to business goals and public-sector needs. Success in this position will depend on accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management, and strong collaboration across pre-sales, customer growth, and marketing teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and expand strategic SLED enterprise accounts
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's software products
• Engage with C-level and senior IT leaders to align solutions with business goals
• Deliver accurate forecasting and manage pipeline effectively
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing on account strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales or enterprise software
• 3+ years managing SLED accounts
• Expertise in strategic planning for customer expansion
• Strong presentation and communication skills to convey software value
