This role is best suited for individuals with experience in medical sales, med spa consulting, dental treatment coordination, or other high-ticket consultative sales environments.

We are a fast-growing dental practice focused on sleep apnea and Invisalign, and we’re hiring a Monday and Tuesday Treatment Coordinator to help patients move forward with care.

This is not a front desk job — this is a high-performance, patient-facing role for someone who is confident, personable, and motivated by results.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial patient consultations (build rapport, educate, guide)
• Explain sleep apnea and treatment options
• Present treatment fees and financing options (Sunbit, CareCredit)
• Help patients confidently say YES to treatment
• Coordinate sleep testing and appliance delivery
• Follow up with patients as needed
• Help maintain a full Monday and Tuesday schedule by actively following up with unscheduled and past patients to convert them into booked appointments

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
