𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Sleep Medicine Advisor

Fruit Street Health is seeking experienced Sleep Medicine physicians to serve as Sleep Medicine Advisors. This opportunity is ideal for physicians with expertise in sleep disorders, obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, sleep diagnostics, PAP therapy, remote monitoring, behavioral sleep medicine, digital therapeutics, healthcare AI, telemedicine, or healthcare innovation.

As a Sleep Medicine Advisor, you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic guidance to support the development of innovative virtual sleep health programs and digital healthcare solutions. You will help ensure that Fruit Street Health's technology and clinical workflows reflect real-world sleep medicine practice while improving patient outcomes, engagement, access to care, and long-term disease prevention.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Provide clinical and strategic guidance on virtual sleep medicine, sleep apnea management, insomnia treatment, behavioral sleep medicine, remote patient monitoring, connected devices, healthcare AI, digital health, and related clinical initiatives.

• Advise Fruit Street Health on clinical workflows, patient engagement strategies, sleep disorder screening, diagnostic pathways, treatment adherence, PAP therapy optimization, and opportunities to improve virtual sleep care delivery.

• Support evaluation and development of digital health products, AI-enabled clinical tools, remote monitoring technologies, patient education resources, and innovative care models for sleep medicine.

• Offer subject matter expertise regarding sleep medicine best practices, physician workflow integration, reimbursement trends, quality improvement initiatives, value-based care, and healthcare technology adoption.

• Participate in periodic advisory discussions and provide practical recommendations based on your clinical and operational experience in sleep medicine.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• MD or DO with experience practicing Sleep Medicine.

• Board certification or board eligibility in Sleep Medicine preferred.

• Experience with obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, PAP therapy, sleep diagnostics, behavioral sleep medicine, telemedicine, digital health, healthcare AI, remote patient monitoring, lifestyle medicine, or healthcare innovation preferred.

• Strong understanding of sleep medicine workflows, patient adherence challenges, remote care delivery, digital health implementation, and real-world barriers to improving sleep health outcomes.

• Ability to commit approximately 1–2 hours per month to advisory board participation and strategic advisory activities.
