Operations Manager – SLI Project

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the SLI project, ensuring targets and client requirements are consistently met.
• Lead and supervise Site/Service Line Installers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, and field personnel.
• Monitor daily installation, repair, restoration, and service activities.
• Ensure achievement of project KPI, productivity, quality, turnaround time, and completion targets.
• Develop and implement operational plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, schedules, productivity, and field coverage.
• Coordinate with clients, project management, supervisors, and other departments regarding operational concerns.
• Review daily operational reports, job orders, completion reports, and productivity data.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, technical standards, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance/QA team to address quality issues, rework, and recurring defects.
• Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety requirements, including proper PPE and safe working practices.
• Investigate operational incidents, customer complaints, quality failures, and field-related concerns.
• Manage escalations involving technicians, supervisors, customers, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching for field teams.
• Recommend manpower adjustments, training, disciplinary actions, and process improvements when necessary.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports and KPI updates to management/client representatives.
• Ensure proper utilization and accountability of tools, equipment, vehicles, materials, and other project resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of operations management experience, preferably in telecommunications, fiber optic, FTTH, construction, utilities, or field service operations.
• Experience managing field technicians and multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of SLI/FTTH/fiber installation operations is highly preferred.
• Experience handling project KPIs, productivity targets, quality metrics, and operational reports.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Willing to conduct field visits and travel across project areas.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational concerns simultaneously.
• Can work onsite at Daraga, Albay

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
