Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of the slimming department.
• Handle client consultations and recommend suitable slimming programs.
• Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Supervise and train slimming therapists and staff.
• Maintain hygiene and service-quality standards.
• Handle client queries, concerns and escalations.
• Coordinate with dieticians and physiotherapists for holistic treatment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; nutrition/fitness certification is an advantage.
• 36 years' experience in slimming, wellness or clinic management.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales/target-achievement experience.
• Knowledge of slimming treatments, machines and wellness programs.
• Experience in wellness, slimming, beauty/aesthetic or healthcare clinics is preferred.
